2. Usage Rights of Plastic Injection Molds and Storage Issues of Plastic Injection Molds
Matters Regarding the Custody of Plastic Injection Molds:
The customer’s injection molds are the property of the customer.
1) Our company is responsible for the custody of the customer’s injection molds to prevent loss. Regular maintenance will be conducted, and corresponding fees will be charged annually based on the mold’s structure, size, etc. (in cases where there are no product orders for the year). If production occurs during this period, custody fees will be deducted from the product costs.
2) In the event of accidents (e.g., fire, theft, etc.) or if the aforementioned molds are lost or rendered unusable, our company will be responsible for compensation.
3) If our company inadvertently damages the aforementioned molds, we will be responsible for repairs and bear the repair costs ourselves.
4) The aforementioned injection molds will not be used for any purpose other than producing the customer’s products.
5) Modifications or scrapping of the aforementioned molds will be carried out according to the customer’s instructions.
6) Upon the customer’s request for the return of the aforementioned molds, they will be returned immediately.
7) In addition to the above matters, any incidents that may harm the customer’s interests will be reported to the customer immediately.
Furthermore, if the aforementioned molds are relocated for storage elsewhere, the customer will be notified in advance.

For simple products, T1 samples can be provided in about one month.
